The Kingston Choo Choo Company Inc, was established in 1991 to own and operate a day care center in Kingston
Springs, Tennessee. The center was sold in 2000. The company name was retained and when I started the home
inspection service I registered with the State of Tennessee as a DBA.
Owner/employee Albert Namon Wyatt
I retired from Bellsouth in 1996. I attended Nashville Technical School from 1996 through 1999 taking courses in
Residential Construction, Finish Carpentry, Home Maintenance, Plan Reading, and Residential Code Inspection. I
received my diploma for home inspections from Thompson Direct Education in 2001. I joined the International Code
Council as a Professional Member in 2001. I received my certificate as a Residential Building Inspector in 2003. I am
a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and take the required hours of instruction
annually to retain my membership.
I inspect the residence as if I were to be living in it. I will perform each inspection to the best of my ability. I work on an
as needed basis by appointment Monday through Saturday and most holidays.
